Egyptian Man Breaks Record By Traveling To All The 7 Wonders Of The World, In Just A Week, Enlisting Himself In The Guinness World Record

A 45-year-old Egyptian man Magdy Eissa has set a new record by traveling around all the seven-wonders of the world. Moreover, he has enlisted himself in the Guinness World Record. Furthermore, he set the record in just 6 days 11 hours, and 52 minutes. Additionally, it was Magdy himself who held the previous fastest record.

It is of importance to note, that Guinness Records do not allow the use of private communication. So Eissa had to be on his toes the whole week. Additionally, he was only allowed to use public transport.

Eissa started his journey with the Great Wall of China, leading to the Taj Mahal of India. Adding on he moved to Petra in Jordan, the Colosseum in Rome. He continued his journey to Brazil as he visited Christ the Redeemer, moving to Machu Picchu in Peru. Ended his journey in Mexico, in the ancient city of Mayan, Chichen Itza.

It took Eissa almost an entire year and a half to plan. Additionally, he conducted extensive research on all the local transport services. Magdy added, “I had to navigate a complex web of flights, trains, buses, subways, and walking between transportation hubs and the Wonders,” he further added “A single disruption could derail the entire itinerary and result in a flight back home,”

Meanwhile, the toughest time came when he overslept, losing his bus to Petra. Meanwhile, Magdy also ended up meeting his childhood best friend, who for obvious reasons, was quick and short,

Magdy stands proud of his achievement and sees a sense of completeness. Adding to it, Eissa said “Beyond the personal satisfaction, this challenge also allowed me to momentarily let go of the daily stresses and pressures of normal life. The frenetic pace and problem-solving required throughout the record attempt served as an effective outlet to vent and decompress.”.
